While the majority of rides and attractions at Walt Disney World are open to guests of any height, there are dozens of theme park and water park rides that do have minimum height requirements. There are even a few with a maximum height requirement. So if you are planning a Disney World vacation with children, it’s important to know which rides have Disney World height requirements. Then you’ll know all the rides available to the little ones and which are meant for taller adolescents and adults.

You can expect height requirements to be strictly enforced, as they are directly related to each attraction’s built-in safety features rather than just how scary a ride might be.

Below we break down the height requirements of rides at Disney World so you’ll be prepared once you arrive at any of the theme parks. We list all the attractions at Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon Lagoon.
