About Staying Near Disneyland

Disneyland Hotels on Google Maps

If it is your first time planning a trip to Disneyland, there are a few things to keep in mind as you browse hotels around Disneyland in the Anaheim area.

First, there is no Disney-provided transportation between Disneyland Resort Hotels and the theme parks (unlike at Walt Disney World). Some off-property resorts may offer shuttle services to and from the hotels as an alternative. There is also a public transportation system, referred to as ART, with stops near the resort. However, walking is the fastest and most efficient way to get to the parks.

When selecting the best Disneyland hotels for your vacation, one of the primary factors is the ease of walking from that particular hotel to the parks and the amenities you may find along the way. All of the hotels listed are no more than a 10-minute walk from the Disneyland Resort entrance. Many are located on S. Harbor Blvd between I-5 and Disney Way.

In addition, every hotel on the list charges a fee for overnight parking, so that is something you’ll want to budget for during your vacation.
