1. Despicable Me Minion Mayhem

2. E.T. Adventure

4. Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts

Guests will join the Autobots in a battle to save humankind from the Decepticons and experience the thrill of riding alongside Optimus Prime and Bumblebee.
13. Villain-Con Minion Blast

The Vicious 6 are at Villain-Con, and you’re invited to join the fun with your personal E-Liminator X blaster device, which allows you to hit interactive digital targets. This ride features a point-and-shoot gameplay mode that’s somewhat similar to Universal’s Men in Black attraction and Disney’s Buzz Lightyear ride, but the blasters are completely wireless. You’ll be standing—rather than sitting—as the ride system moves you through a series of scenes, and standard wheelchairs are also welcome. You can enhance your gameplay by using special features on Universal’s smartphone app. Since its opening, the ride has become a fan favorite, receiving regular updates to gameplay and hosting special seasonal events throughout the year.
14. Trolls Trollercoaster

Woody Woodpecker’s Nuthouse Coaster was a junior roller coaster located in Woody Woodpecker’s KidZone at Universal Studios Florida. It closed on January 15, 2023, to undergo transformation into the new Trolls Trollercoaster, which opened on June 14, 2024.
The Trolls Trollercoaster has quickly become a popular attraction in the newly developed DreamWorks Land. Riders board the caterpillar Caterbus and join Poppy, Tiny, and the twins Satin and Chenille on an adventurous escape from spooky spiders. Reaching a height of 28 feet and speeds of up to 21 mph, the coaster is designed to be perfect for younger thrill-seekers. With its vibrant colors, playful music, and interactive elements, the ride has quickly become a hit with families.
Overall, while the ride profile remains similar to that of its predecessor, the Trolls Trollercoaster offers a fresh experience for guests.

The attraction is themed after Doctor Doom, a supervillain from the Marvel Universe, and is not suitable for young children or those afraid of heights.

A ride like this may be too dark and frightening for young children and those sensitive to violent themes.
32. Storm Force Accelatron

Located in the Marvel Super Hero Island area of Islands of Adventure, Storm Force Accelatron is a tea cup-style spinning ride. The attraction features characters from the X-Men universe, including Cyclops, Wolverine, Storm, and Rogue. Riders board one of 12 tea cups and are spun around a central axis, reaching speeds of up to 10 miles per hour.
Universal’s next theme park, Epic Universe, is scheduled to open on May 22, 2025 with multiple themed lands and attractions.
Aerial photos of the construction zone indicate that work is well underway on all the “worlds” (lands) throughout the park, including a Super Nintendo World area (similar to those at Universal Studios Japan and Universal Studios Hollywood), a Wizarding World of Harry Potter Ministry of Magic area, How To Train Your Dragon Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe (themed to the classic Universal Pictures monster films).
With that in mind, here are the attractions which have been confirmed to appear at Epic Universe:
- Stardust Racers ✅ Confirmed — a dual-launch 133-ft tall roller coaster boasting 5,000 feet of track and speeds of up to 62 mph. At night, the track will be completely dark, making the individually-lit cars look like comets streaking across the sky. 48″ height requirement.
- Constellation Carousel ✅ Confirmed — a unique carousel concept that goes beyond the usual merry-go-round — individual rotating animals (inspired by the constellations) whirl around and lift up to 6 feet in the air.
- Astronomica ✅ Confirmed — a dancing fountains play area.
- Hiccup’s Wing Gliders ✅ Confirmed — family-friendly roller coaster allowing you to “fly” alongside Toothless and Hiccup. 40″ height requirement
- Dragon Racer’s Rally ✅ Confirmed — A spinning, aerobatic ride anchored to a single point rather than moving along a track, reaching heights of up t0 67 feet. 48″ height requirement.
- Fyre Drill ✅ Confirmed — A wet and wild boat competition. Guest board colorful dragon-headed boats and blast water cannons at flame-like targets. No minimum height requirement, but guests under 48″ must ride with a supervising companion.
- Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge ✅ Confirmed — a driving simulation based on the popular video game, using augmented reality and projection mapping alongside 3D sets. 42″ height requirement.
- Yoshi’s Adventure ✅ Confirmed — a family-friendly dark ride featuring indoor and outdoor elements. 36″ height requirement.
- Donkey Kong Country Mine Cart Madness coaster ✅ Confirmed — a mine cart roller coaster featuring a unique ride system which will make riders feel their coaster kart is jumping gaps in the track. 36″ height requirement.
- Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry ✅ Confirmed — a motion simulator thrill ride as Dolores Umbridge tries to escape her long-awaited trial. 40″ height requirement.
- Curse of the Werewolf ✅ Confirmed — a family-friendly (at least in terms of ride intensity) spinning roller coaster reaching speeds of 37 MPH as you try to evade a pack of werewolves. 40″ height requirement.
- Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment ✅ Confirmed — An intense dark ride which Universal calls one of the scariest attractions it has ever built. Dracula leads a rebellion against an evil scientist (descendant of the famous Dr. Frankenstein) who wants to harness the power of the classic monsters. 48″ height requirement.
