Florida Resident Annual Passes: Year-Round Magic

Florida residents benefit from two exclusive annual pass perks:

  • A monthly payment plan which is available only to Florida residents
  • Additional annual pass options that are not offered to the general public

Florida Resident Monthly Payment Plan

Florida residents don’t have to pay the entire price of their annual pass upfront. Instead, they’re eligible to make a relatively small down payment—usually $205 but sometimes as low as $99 during special promotional periods—and can then pay the remaining amount over 12 monthly, interest-free payments.

You can typically expect to pay the down payment on the day you purchase/activate your pass, the first monthly payment the next day, and then the remaining 11 payments on the same day of each month for the rest of the year-long validity period.

While this doesn’t technically save you any money off the overall cost of the pass, it certainly makes it easier to budget than having to come up with the entire amount upfront, especially if you have a large family.

Florida Resident Annual Pass Options

Anyone can purchase Disney’s highest-priced Annual Pass—the Incredi-Pass, which has no blockout dates—but Florida residents also have access to three additional passes that offer lower prices in exchange for being subject to blockout dates during busy periods.

  • Disney Pixie Dust Pass
    • The lowest-priced pass, with the most blockouts
    • Approximately 150 blockout dates throughout the year (Saturdays, Sundays, and peak/holiday periods)
    • Offered exclusively to Florida residents.
  • Disney Pirate Pass
    • A balanced mix of price and blockout dates
    • Approximately 65-75 blockout dates (mainly during long holiday weekends and other peak periods)
    • Offered exclusively to Florida residents
  • Disney Sorcerer Pass
    • The highest-priced Florida resident pass, with the fewest blockouts
    • Approximately 20 blockout dates (mainly around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s)
    • Offered exclusively to Florida Residents and Disney Vacation Club Members

New Annual Passes can now be purchased at any theme park ticket booth or Guest Relations (Disney World customer service) location, or you can set up your monthly payment program at disneyworld.com/payments.

Disney Water Park Annual Passes and Seasonal Passes

While not exclusive to Florida residents, water park annual passes and seasonal passes are often of value to locals who are more likely to be able to visit often.

Water Park Annual Passes (Add-Ons)

Anyone who has a Disney World theme park annual pass—including those offered exclusively to Florida residents—can opt to add the Water Park and Sports Option for an additional fee.

This add-on allows the passholder to enjoy not just the four major theme parks, but also Disney’s water parks, mini golf courses, traditional golf courses, and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

Water Park Seasonal Passes

The only stand-alone “annual pass” to a Disney water park is actually a seasonal pass. These tend to be offered during the “off-season” (in other words, any time except summer) and usually include a spring break blockout period, too.

NOTE: There is currently no active Water Park Annual Pass offer.

  • Price: $89 plus tax for ages 10+, or $83 plus tax for ages 3-9
  • Valid December 16,2025 through May 9, 2026 (blockout dates: March 28, 2026 to April 5, 2026)
