The benefit is non-transferable and limited to guests registered to the room; it starts as soon as your room key or digital pass is issued at check-in. Theme park admission is required and sold separately.

Skip regular lines unlimited times at participating rides. However, some rides are excluded, so be sure to check the list on Universal’s website. As of July 1, 2026, Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure was removed from the Express program; plan to ride it at rope drop, via Single Rider, or during Early Park Admission instead.

Because Express runs from check-in through park close on checkout day, a 1-night stay covers 2 calendar days, and a 2-night stay covers 3. That’s usually the best version of this perk.

Price 2-Park Express Unlimited for your party and dates, then compare that with the hotel total. If the room lands close to the pass price, the stay is doing the work.

✅ Prime Locations, Walking Paths & Free Water Taxi

Hard Rock, Portofino Bay, and Royal Pacific offer walking paths and water taxis to CityWalk, Universal Studios Florida, and Islands of Adventure. Complimentary shuttle buses serve Epic Universe and Volcano Bay. There is no water taxi to either of these parks.

✅ Early Park Entry

All Universal hotel guests, including those at Signature Collection hotels, enjoy Early Park Admission at a designated park each day, on select attractions only, not every attraction and not every park every day.

USF, Islands of Adventure, and Epic Universe are typically up to one hour early; Volcano Bay’s EPA window varies by date and is sometimes 30 minutes instead of a full hour. Check that day’s park hours before you go, and note that Volcano Bay closes for scheduled maintenance starting October 26, 2026, with a planned reopening by around April 1, 2027.
